California's Tesla Motors Inc. plans to announce a $43-million, two-year deal this morning to supply electric-car batteries to Think, a Norwegian manufacturer of low-speed, electric "city" cars.

AMP, which is headquartered in Blue Ash, will show off the AMP Saturn Sky, according to a news release. The car, a two-seater convertible, will be able to run for 150 miles on one charge, and go from zero to 60 mph in six seconds, according to the release

“WhiteStar’s a very different car,” said Darryl Siry, Tesla’s vice president of marketing. “It’s bigger. It’s heavier. But we can package more batteries into it. The goal is to have a car that has a 250-mile range.”
